Американски палачинки
Продукти:
150гр. брашно
1 ч.л. бакпулвер
1/2 ч.л. сол
2 с.л. пудра захар
130мл. прясно мляко
1 яйце
2 с.л. разтопено масло или олио
Начин на приготвяне:
Разбийте на сняг яйцето и добавете прясното мляко. След това смесете брашното, бакпулвера, захарта и солта в голяма купа и към тях добавете разбитата смес. Разтопете кравето масло, добавете към останалите продукти и смесете добре, така че да се получи гъсто полутечно тесто. Предварително загрейте тиган за пържене, намажете го с масло или олио и изсипете част от тестото в него. Нормално е то да остане по-гъсто и палачинката да не стане много тънка. Изпечете палачинките от двете страни до добиване на златист цвят и повторете докато свършите сместа. Палачинките се поднасят топли и поляти с шоколад, мед или кленов сироп. По желание добавете в чинията ягоди, боровинки, малини и всеки ваш любим плод.
